Introduction

Meet the bike that started motorcycling's ‘streetfighter' phenomenon. Now know it by its name: Hornet. With trick looks and sharp performance provided by its recently added inverted front fork, Honda's original Wild Thing, the CB600F Hornet, is back for another year of road-burning riding excitement. Power, as always, comes from a strong-revving DOHC inline-4 engine that delivers an almighty blast of midrange power to pull you out of corners and up to speed in a hurry. Like its namesake, nothing about the Hornet is slow or sluggish.
Looks are also sharp and sexy, with a distinctive dual-bulb multi-reflector headlight, a wide, comfortably contoured seat and a high-riding 4-into-2-into-1 exhaust system that delivers a spirited buzz whenever you pull its throttle.
